Refund policy

SHIPPING:

Items that are in stock will ship within 3-6 days. Free domestic shipping for orders over $100. Please contact us directly for questions regarding international shipping at shopstellab@yahoo.com.

PRE-ORDER POLICY:

Pre-orders are filled in the order received. If vendor sells out, a refund or store credit will be issued.

ETA’s are estimates and subject to change due. Please allow processing time for your order to ship once it is received (3-6 days). We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up or the item has shipped.

RETURN POLICY:

Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit, provided items are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition. Sale items, shoes, swimwear, accessories and sleepwear are all final sale.

Pick up orders have 7 days from the time the notification the package is ready is sent— not from the time of actual pick up.
