Priority Shipping
Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for processing after placing your order. With shipping, typically taking 2-3 days to arrive, depending on your local postal service. 

Shipping Fee: starting at $6.00

 

Express Shipping
For quicker delivery, we also provide express shipping. Processing time is 1-2 business days after the order is placed and it typically takes 1-2 days to arrive, depending on your location. 


Shipping Fee: Starting at $25.00

 

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or DHL.which generally takes 8-10 business days after processing. Processing times are typically 1-3 business days after the order is placed.


Shipping Fee: Rates start at $28.50 and vary based on distance and weight.


Refunds & Exchanges
We DO NOT offer refunds unless an item is out of stock or damaged on our end. If an item arrives damaged, please provide photo evidence before shipping it back.

Please Note: There are no refunds or exchanges on swimwear.


EB Couture / Custom Pieces
For custom items, production time ranges from 4-8 weeks, depending on the design and occasion. All custom pieces are shipped via UPS, offering either 2-day priority shipping or overnight express.


Shipping for custom orders will be arranged through customer service once production is complete.
Please Note: There are no refunds or exchanges on custom items.


Important Shipping Information


We DO NOT ship on Sundays, or public holidays. Our store and couriers observe the following public holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Orders placed on these days or after the cutoff time the day before will be processed the following business day.

Consider additional delivery time during peak seasons to avoid disappointment. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Carrier Delays
Estella B. is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers, especially during peak holiday seasons or disruptions related to COVID-19. 


Tracking Your Order
Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. To track your order, please use the tracking number provided or visit www.usps.com to input your tracking information manually.


Missing Your Order?

  1. File a claim with USPS.
  2. Contact us to notify us of the issue.
  3. For EB Couture items priced at $500+ with no updates in USPS tracking, file an online police report so we can hold USPS accountable for a refund.
  4. Await the results of USPS’s investigation.
    Please note: Estella B. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers assume responsibility once a tracking confirmation is issued. Ensure your shipping details are accurate, as shipping addresses cannot be updated after tracking is assigned.

Return to Sender
If your order is returned to us due to an unclaimed, unable to forward, or return-to-sender status, we will reach out to you to reconfirm the address. Customers are responsible for a re-shipping fee of $10.
You will receive a Square invoice for re-shipping. Once paid, we will reship the item.
